We had never been to a hot pot restaurant and weren't sure what to expect. We had a very nice experience. You choose your broth (the kimchi broth was delicious!) and meat, and then there is an all you can eat buffet of vegetables, seafood, sauces and toppings to add to your soup. Everything was very clean, and the buffet was fresh and stocked for our entire meal. I wish we could eat here more often because we all loved it, but it was a splurge for us. For our family of 5, it was 200, and we drank water. It will have to be a special occasion for us to return and spend that much again.

Very fun place to bring a group. Far from regular American fair. Learn about Hot Pot eating before you come and you will appreciate your experience more! Plenty of meat. A bit short on dessert selections. Worth it overall.

What a great experience! We will definitely come back. I loved the lamb. There were so many options for meat and veggies. The marinated cucumber was a great side to go back and forth from hot to cold.

We had a private room for my son’s 16th birthday with 15 people. The staff was so amazing! They were friendly and helpful as it was our first time visiting and most of our first experience with hotpot. This was such a fun experience picking out your broth and meats, then a HUGE array of choices for veggies, sauces, etc. They even had ice cream included! The best part though, was they brought a karaoke machine for us to use and we had a blast!

It was 95 degree! My friend and I was so hungry for hot pot after a 5-miles hiking. We weren’t sure if the owner would allow the dog in the restaurant but they did! They were so thoughtful and considerate when we asked. they let us dine in a private room with the dog! We ordered so much meat and ate a lot like we haven’t eat for a few days the food were so fresh and the base was so flavorful! We will definitely come back again! Kirin Hot Pot made our Christmas evening truly special. Our party of four enjoyed an exceptional dining experience with delicious food and impressive service. The variety of meats, including fatty beef and fresh oysters, paired beautifully with items from the all-you-can-eat area. While the spicy broth was milder than expected, the restaurant’s extensive sauce selection allowed me to adjust the heat to my liking, adding a personal touch to the meal. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the quality and care that went into the ingredients. The ambience of the restaurant added to the experience—clean, spacious, and surprisingly large inside compared to its exterior. The friendly and attentive staff stood out, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. Kirin Hot Pot might just become a new holiday tradition for our family, but we’re already looking forward to returning well before then. Best Hot Pot in and around the Denver area! When walking in to the restaurant I am always greeted by the friendliest staff that have the kindest smiles. They remembered my husband and I as returning customers after only a couple visits and now treat us like regulars by giving us the best customer service I have ever received. They remember our orders and always give us free samples to try new things and have new experiences. They are extremely fast and considerate about the time limit, always making sure we have meat and anything else at any time- truly the best staff I’ve seen! After falling in love with hot pot and trying multiple locations around Denver, I can confidently say this is the best experience you will find and I hold every hot pot to the standards set by this establishment. My husband and I have our weekly date night here every week and drive 40 minutes just to go to this location. This hot pot is similar to others in that it has a 1.5 hour time limit and costs 30 per adult, not including tax and tip, which is the same price I see at other restaurants. All of the vegetables, noodles, and fish are served buffet style in a very large refrigerator that you can self-serve at any time, which is a huge preference for me! They have a huge selection of sauces and toppings that rival every other hot pot I have visited. They also have a selection of cold appetizers with the sauce station. You will never leave hungry with all the options they provide and you will never be sitting around waiting for more food. I highly recommend the delicious cucumber salad to start while you wait for your broth to boil and the light fried buns or ice cream to finish! The spicy broth is my favorite because it has tons of flavor but isn’t too spicy. To make it spicier, my husband will add more chili oil from the sauce counter. The meats are by far my favorite part of the experience! Everything from the vegetables, noodles, and meats are always fresh and tastes incredible. This restaurant quickly became my favorite weekly activity. It’s a unique dining experience that allows you to have fun and try endless unique combinations. The staff always make us feel so cared for that we look forward to seeing them every week. Zero complaints!

Went here with a large family! Perfect because individual pots means everyone chooses their own broth. They do have good vegetarian options (multiple broths): make sure to let the server know if you want it vegetarian. Meat options were very good and there were lots of add ins including crawfish! Their sesame balls and donuts were very good as well, they taste classic. They have lots of sauces (self serve) and cucumber salad. The server even brought us fried shrimp and dumplings, including veggie dumpling for the vegetarian at our table!
